Past Treasures by Sandra McEwan
Award
winning photographer Sandra McEwan came from New
Zealand in 1998 and completely fell in love with Australia's
natural beauty.
She is
inspired by the animal life, the bush and the history of her newly adopted
country. Her particular area of interest is the Granite Belt, where she has had
the privilege of being able to photograph such historical icons as Pikedale
Station, which was taken up in the 1840's.
Her
'Treasures Past' exhibition is a collection of photos from around the Granite Belt
and also from other areas of Queensland.
The exhibition runs from Tuesday 3rd June to Saturday 28th
June.
